ABOUT BALTIC DEV DAYS
After a three-year break due to the Corona outbreak, the game developer conference Baltic Dev Days returns. The event will take place on June 1 and 2 at the Atlantic Hotel Kiel, with approximately 600+ people from 20 nations expected.

The conference's speaker lineup is impressive, with industry legends like Kate Edwards and Fawzi Mesmar sharing their expertise and thoughts on topics like game design and culturalisation. Over 50 experts from the games industry and other sectors that intersect with games are anticipated to attend over the course of two days. Insightful lectures and hands-on workshops will impart valuable knowledge. In addition, an Indie Expo will provide 15 developers from Germany and the Baltic Sea countries with the opportunity to present their games and receive feedback from industry professionals and game enthusiasts.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Economics, Transport, Labor, Technology and Tourism, the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), the Mittelstand Digitalzentrum SH and the Digital Economy Schleswig-Holstein (DiWiSH), we are pleased to host the event format "Level up your Business" as part of the Baltic Dev Days.
Look forward to exciting ideas and impulses on how you can take your business success to the next level with gamified technologies and methods. One thing in advance: Gamification and Serious Games have nothing to do with "gambling on the job".
Rather, it's about using gamified methods and techniques to be more successful with people and products. This year's topics will include onboarding/recruiting, product development/production, change processes and IT security.
The Business Day will take place on 02.06. from 09:30.
