Between rigorous planning and agile development – Finding the right project management system for your game.
In game development, project management is a discipline often seen as an afterthought. Something everybody knows it necessary, but is often just done by someone next to their other tasks. In this talk I will explore the merit and drawbacks of both agile and waterfall production planning, why neither is always the best choice and how most projects in all likelihood demand a hybrid approach, something that sits between the need for a more rigorous plan and the necessity to react flexibly to potential change of parameters as we gather new learnings during development.

Gamification in Change Prozessen.
