CODE OF CONDUCT
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at the Baltic Dev Days are required to agree with the following code of conduct. We will enforce this code throughout the conference and accompanying events.
The Baltic Dev Days are providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in way, shape or form.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, physical appearance, body size, race, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Indie Developers at our Indie Booth are also subject to our anti-harassment policy. In particular, not to use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Booth staff should not use sexualized clothing.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, we may take any action we deem appropriate. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference without a refund.
If you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed, please contact a member of the conference team immediately. The Baltic Dev Days Team can be identified by wearing branded clothing and badges. Our staff will help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement and provide escorts.
We expect all participants to follow these rules. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund.
